A multiplayer shooter where you play as toys in a chaotic PvP match with water guns.
I managed the team applying SCRUM, using ClickUp to organize tasks and set goals. I coordinated
sprints, dailies and reviews once a week, ensuring integration between programming, art, design and
sound.
At the beginning of the project, I put together a document on communication rules and use of Click
Up. In this document, I specified that only leaders and co-leaders can create and edit tasks, each
one has to report the status of the task and use comments to report problems in the task.
